Thanks for all the comments recently and apologies for my tardiness in replying.  They are all much appreciated.

Last chance for the summer contest!!!  If it's not up by today then it's too late.  :)

Have a great weekend all...

I think the last time I commented was on an image of an exit door at the end of a long passage way. This one is fantastic - I know the new format helps but the image itself is just great. No distraction this time from windows. lovely colour palate. The writing on the wall is intriguing. I just can't work out why the red line on the left should suddenly decide to depart towards the ceiling.

My entry for the summer challenge is http://pixelpixie.shutterchance.com/photoblog/Woman_in_White_II_/
Probably should have been the acid yellow dandelion clock but there are summer nights as well as summer days...
Very cool composition and perspective! Cheers, H.

Like this Simon. Particularly like the way that the ring holders (the name escapes me!) seem so out of place. Where's the water?!

I love the perspective. Great shot Simon. xx
Fantastic illustration of depth and perspective in this image of minimalism and brutalist architecture. The red elements work really well here.
Wow! This is so good. I agree the new format (which I seem to know nothing about) does work well for this one, but the photograph is excellent to start with. Such depth! (:o)
BeakerSt: With such depth I guess that's why they have put the life rings there?! Cheers Rosalyn
lovely sharp leading lines...
Good place to fall in the water.

Excellent perspective and the splash of colour from the life rings really liftd the whole image. All the best, Dave.

Great shot towards a vanishing point. I'd love to know what the writing and red line mean.
