Yellow/Lilac Study

Well we reach the end of another fun packed week...or more realistically we trudge through day 5 of another tedious monotony of get up, go to work, go home, sleep, get up, go to work...

I'll let you decide which is more appropriate.

This is certainly day 5 of my little garden adventure, hope you liked it.

June's Challenge - "In my kitchen" - entries by June 30th
Brief again simple...so simple that I'm not going to limit it all, I'll be a little more generous with 'relevance' scores...but maybe harsher elsewhere  ;)

BeakerSt: And I was worried it wasn't original...I've done this framing before! Cheers Suby.
A very fine macro.
BeakerSt: Thanks smile
Such a crisp image! The colour is subtle and beautiful - not always easy with pink. (:o)
BeakerSt: Thanks Rosalyn, pleased you like it.

really like the concentration of sharp detail in the centre of the flower, all these petal lead in lines draw the eye to the focus to. very very lovely. mal
BeakerSt: I got away with it this time but I do need a slr camera/macro lens that allows for a longer dof...start saving my pennies!

Thanks again.
Love the way you have framed this and great colours.
BeakerSt: Thanks Bernadette smile

BeakerSt: Hey stranger, can't wait to see your stuff when you get your mojo back
Great detail. The composition works well. I've really been enjoying this series.
BeakerSt: I may be able to squeeze another couple of shots out early next week, then that particular batch is all used up!

Thanks and have a great weekend...
