Strands

Again, something else from 'garden week'

June's Challenge - "In my kitchen" - entries by June 30th
Brief again simple...so simple that I'm not going to limit it all, I'll be a little more generous with 'relevance' scores...but maybe harsher elsewhere  ;)

Lovely shot - really like the repetitive nature of this, as well as the mono effect.
BeakerSt: Thanks, it was kind of grainy so better suited to B&W
I like this - great abstract.
BeakerSt: Thanks, I've tried to do a different shot on the same theme each day this week.
Nice abstract picture ! Nature is amazing. And arty ! smile
BeakerSt: Very true...it is my favourite subject.
I like the organic geometry of this shot. Well seen!

It's like entering another world when you get in close with plant life, isn't it? This is an amazing structure.
BeakerSt: I agree, it's fascinating and if I had the time, and the equipment, I'd probably spend most of my time photographing plant structures. I may invest in an SLR and Macro lens at some point...maybe...
Do it! (Invest in an SLR and Macro lens.) If this is what you are capable of without one, just think...

Beautiful capture. Gardens are my favourite subject for photos, so I'm predisposed to like it.
BeakerSt: Thanks Karen, mmmmmm...I promised myself I would not buy a new camera until my current one started to show it's limitations...that day is on the horizon I think!!

Thanks for the encouragement, it really does help and is really appreciated.
