Sugar Strands

Monday Morning...g'morning all...

This week's shots were all taken on Sunday afternoon in a back garden in Fleet...it may not be Kew Garden's but it still has a lovely ambience, good food and free entry.

Hope you enjoy...

June's Challenge - "In my kitchen" - entries by June 30th
Brief again simple...so simple that I'm not going to limit it all, I'll be a little more generous with 'relevance' scores...but maybe harsher elsewhere  ;)

The beauty of macro is that it doesn't have to be Kew Gardens. Fleet Gardens has equal charms at this distance.

Fine work here.
BeakerSt: Thanks Colin, I do need to return to Kew sometime though! smile
Great detail, especially in front of the white background of the petals. I like this a lot!
BeakerSt: Cheers Martin

BeakerSt: Cheers Mal, I see you've still got a leisurely approach...writer's block (photo equivalent)?

Excellent detail and texture.
BeakerSt: Thanks Amira
I like this shot a lot, these flowers give you so many options. Nice!
BeakerSt: Thanks Nigel, I will invest in a real SLR one day and find myself a macro lens as I get most satisfaction from this kind of shot...I need to start saving pennies!!
