I really hope I'm not boring you with my Sydney Opera House theme!!  I know it's very photogenic and I know that it's in every one's archive but I do love it.  Hopefully this is a little different to the norm.

I think I've only got one more...but who knows ;)

As regards the image, as I was passing on a ferry at the time I'm quite happy with the outcome!  Just a little cropping on the right to keep it symmetrical.  Let me know if this works or not.

Its very difficult to come up with something original when photographing such a well known building but you seemed to have managed it here.
I personally might have cropped it even more at the bottom to just leave the 'fin' but the strong horizontals in your shot give a good contrast do they not?
Great image.
BeakerSt: I saw it the same way as you have, I tried it a number of ways and ended up leaving them in as a contrast. As with most images, there are so many choices and sometimes when you've made a choice you still remain uncertain. Unless the opportunity is spectacular or the goof really obvious I tend not to return and retry...too many other images to see to!

Thanks for your comments.

You're right, it IS a little different. A welcome change of POV; very impressive.
BeakerSt: Cheers Nick, I'm pleased you find it refreshing.
Impressive city landscape picture. Perfect composition which delivers a sense of abstract too. Great building and... shot ! smile
BeakerSt: Thanks Florence smile

well composed and put together as well. I am not one for symmetry (personal preference, I can't shot in that way) but u pull them off well
BeakerSt: Thanks Ade, I can say the same about you and people shots.

Nice, but I liked the trees more, and so did Ben. xx
This is a cool shot.
BeakerSt: Cheers Martin
