Iconic

Photographed many times before and to be photographed many times in the future...but hey we all need it in our portfolio!!

Anyhow, nev and I have realised the need to post all our Aussie shots before mal gets back.  Nev may have more trouble in future for obvious reasons.

Enjoy your weekends boys and girls...

hehe great shot simon. Looks like you are running scared. you still have another week or so. post man post. can't wait to see this one on my calibrated monitor.
BeakerSt: It may show up flaws on a calibrated monitor...I rely on dodgy screens and poor eyesight.
Ohhh....Australia again...nice. Not seen that particular angle before, where were you? Have you cropped it at all?
BeakerSt: I've not cropped it, it was taken as you walk round to the Botanical Gardens on the other side of a little bay thingy...I'm sure nev would be able to explain better!

I like the little people on the bridge walk in the background, shame you can see those silly grey jumpsuits they make you wear wink
BeakerSt: We chose not to join the jumpsuit gang this time wink
I have had the opportunity to live in Sidney some times ago... but it didn't come out... anyway, it's a place I want to see... not only sidney in fact, Australia !! Nice picture. I agrre in a sense to your comment on my picture today. Could have been better to leave in in colour or B&W but... I've tried something. The tree was so interesting !! Have a nice week-end.
BeakerSt: We only learn by trying...that applies to your trip to Sydney as much as your photo today! smile
Really nice angle - like it alot.
BeakerSt: Thanks Bernie
I like this frame
la vue est merveilleuse!
a very good capture for a very photographed shot. i like how youve incorporated the bridge into it. i can just make out the little silhouettes of bodies making the walk over the bridge. very nice lighting too for what looks like an overcast day. i think my hubby would like this one. he misses home. did you walk the bridge while you where there?
Two great symbols of one great city in one shot; you don't often see that. Even though each structure is only shown in part, it's abundantly clear where it is.

Nice work Simon.
